Version:           0.70.0 (using KDE 4.2.1)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Slackware Packages

Settings -> Configure -> Behavior -> "Start with hidden main window" checkbox is always disabled.

I'm facing exactly the same problem at the moment. Using Ubuntu 9.04 after upgrading from 8.04.

Is there a solution to activate a hidden-window-start in KDE4?

Ping. This is still valid with kde-4.3 final and kopete 0.70.90 , any news?
