Version: (using KDE 4.2.1)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

It would be nice to have a configuration for the key that cancels a desktop effect, similar to the activation key configuration. Alternatively, it would be nice to at least have the option of using the activation key to cancel the effect once it is activated.

Reason: Currently, switching effects (desktop grid, present windows etc.) are cancelled by pressing the Escape key. I've mapped these effects to my extra mouse buttons by having the buttons emulate the CTRL+Fx keys required to active the effects. I'd like to be able to cancel the effects using my mouse as well. Currently, this would imply mapping the Esc key to a mouse button, which 1) would "cost" me an additional mouse button and 2) may be dangerous when pressing that button in the wrong context.
