Version:            (using KDE 4.2.0)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

1) The title seems to be displayed in the wrong encoding.
2) The dropdown box for the different types of icons is empty.

It seems the internal layout of this dialog is borked. I cannot reproduce the title error tough... Lets assume it's fixed by now :)

I can confirm that this issue is resolved in KDE 4.3.1. Thanks!
