Sentry Crash Report:

Description Arne Schmitz 2009-03-11 21:52:08 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

What I did:

I have a copy of XChat (GTK2 application) running all the time. I use the Zion reverse theme on KDE 4.2.1 and also told KDE to apply it to non-KDE applications. I log out and re-login, which restores, besides other applications, also XChat.

What I expected:

I expected XChat to start up in the Zion colors.

What I got instead:

However, only a few parts of the GUI were in the correct color, like the highlight of the menu items. The rest was in standard grey and default colors. When I close XChat and re-open it, the colors are applied correctly. It seems that during session initialization, the settings are not applied correctly.

Reassigning.

Should be fixed for 4.3 with r967149.
