The first picture shows how it's displayed in Okular (which is wrong) and the second picture shows how it's displayed in Adobe Reader (which is correct).

Hi,

Okular does not load and render PDF documents on its own, but uses a 3rd party library called Poppler.
You should report the problem in its bug tracking sytem at https://bugs.freedesktop.org, "poppler" product.
