Version:            (using KDE 4.2.1)
Compiler:          gcc version 4.3.3 (Gentoo 4.3.3 p1.0, pie-10.1.5) 
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

When I exit Kate(Qt: 4.5.0,KDE: 4.2.1 (KDE 4.2.1), Kate: 3.2.1) it crashes, regardles of a file opened or not. 

The KDE crash handler produces the following backtrace,
