If user use the folderview ( to have a desktop which looks like KDE3 ), if 
he take an application icon and move it on the desktop, the icon disapear from 
the plasma bar but doesn't appear on the desktop. He has to switch to the 
standard kde4 ( without the  folderview as plugin ) to see the icon and if he 
goes back to his "kde3 desktop" the icon is present as it should be.

If the desktop is a standard one ( w/o folderview as plugin ) the drag'n drop is OK
