Summary: [UI] samba window minimum height too big (in systemsettings)
Product: [Frameworks and Libraries] kdenetwork-filesharing Reporter: Marco Poletti <poletti.marco>

Status: RESOLVED FIXED

Description Marco Poletti 2009-03-08 15:10:43 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Steps to reproduce:

1) Switch to 1024x768 resolution
2) Open systemsettings and go in Advanced -> Samba
3) Enter the root password

Current behaviour:

The Samba window is higher than 768 pixels meaning that it is bigger than the screen and you can't see the bottom even if you hide the Panel.

Expected behaviour:

The Samba window should have a scollbar that makes it all usable and resizeable to reasonable sizes.

Could you please mark this bug with [ui] in the description. I don't know how, but there was someone who is working on things like this and he requested it in his blog.

Sorry, I don't know how to do that :-S. I played around with the links on this page (after logging in) but I couldn't find how to change the bug name.
