I used a generic description since I feel it may be wrong for more than one setting.
Example.
Underline links only on hover setting is neglected.
See attachment, picture says more than 10^3 words.

This works correctly when switching from webkit to view mode -> khtml

This is a missing feature that has not yet been implemented. Not a bug. At this point not all of the Konqueror HTML settings that originated from KHTML do not work. Bumping serverity down to wishlist. It will be implemented at some point.
