Please add KDE3-like page range as a third option in Print dialog.

Text input like "1-2, 4, 5-6" was quite useful sometimes.

This needs to be implemented in Qt.  I'm currently working on patches for Qt to implement this for Qt 4.6.

Since this has been implemented in Qt, I'm closing this bug report now.
