If i click on "Arbeitsplatz" aka "Workstation" i will get directly this error.
What went wrong how can i fix it ?

Where did you clicked for "Workstation", it was a page, it was some dialog ?

If you can reproduce the crash at will, may you read http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports and post a complete backtrace here? 
You need to install the "kdelibs5-debuginfo" package

on the Desktop area is at the top left a icon in german it is marked with "Arbeitsplatz" there i clicked on.

i installed the missing debug package.

I found out that the same error happens if i try to start the program from the task bar.
