Symptoms:
   Just after loading KDE, a window appears proposing to restore tabs. After clicking on buttons, the windows close and nothing happen.

Steps to reproduce :
  Enable Konqueror preloading
  Open a webpage
  Reboot without closing Konqueror's windows
  The bug will occur just after KDE initialization.

According to Kubuntu developer Harald Sitter this bug is probably caused by Konqueror actually crashing at logout (or being killed by KDE's session manager because it wouldn't quit properly in time). See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdebase/+bug/326803 for details.
