Version:           1.11.0 (using 4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0), Gentoo)
Compiler:          i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-tuxonice-r3

After checked "Perfer HTML to Plain Text" for a Folder, I can't select "Load external Reference, only if I jump to anther Folder and back.

Confirmed in Versión 4.2.65 (KDE 4.2.65 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090226)) "release 1.5".
