This only happens when A and B are folders of different accounts. Otherwise, the behaviour is controlled by the options in the misc section of the configuration window. *ARGH* You are right, I wasn#t aware of that. Thanks very much for the explaining answer! |
Version: (using KDE 4.2.0) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages I'm very unsatisfied ith the way the shortcut "jump to next unread message" works: Imagine I have folder A and B, and in each folder a couple of unread messages: -A | - > aa ab ac -B | -> ba bb bc If I am now on Mail ab an press '+', I jump to mail ac. If I press '+' again, nothing happens. Even if aa is still unread. If I want to jump to B I need to press another shortcut. This is not optimal: at leaast something should happen at '+' - either a jump to B, or a jump to aa, to the first unread message in the folder. Or, the best way would be to jump to the first unread message in A, and if there is nothing left, jump to B. But in any way, it seems to be quite unsatisfying (usability-wise, not if you fancy pressing keys in general) to need an entire set of keys to jump through my unread mails.
