What about monthview? Does it work? Can you attach stdout/stderr? Are you using any plugins, or have you enabled/disabled them lately? Created attachment 31717 [details]
Markers that allow resizing
Do you have those markers?
SVN commit 933651 by smartins: Support all possible sizes and still do the right thing when there's no korganizerrc. The problem still exists. Can any one re open this bug. or should I open a new one. What's your plugin configuration? Can you post a screenshot? I will try to reproduce this Saturday, did anyone else try? The problem (and old off-screen locations of objects) is left stored in the configuration file, and korganizer doesn't check for that. I have not installed any plugins.

Try deleting .kde4/share/config/korganizerrc first, it might have the values created by 4.2.1 Created attachment 32583 [details]
korganizer
After removing the rc file. It stopped working completely. It takes 3-4 click to even launch and after launching it stays just as it it no response. You can see the numbers over lapping.
And worse is that i cannot even quit it. Amazing after removing the rc file it totally broke. I reinstalled the korganizer package , it simply wont work. Its not taking any clicks inside the window. only thing that works is the close button. and to close the daemon. I have to open system activity and kill korgac process. Amazing. Can any open this damn ticket, this thing is totally broken (In reply to comment #22) > Amazing after removing the rc file it totally broke. Does it work in a new user? > Can any open this damn ticket, this thing is totally broken Probably it's better to open a new report, since this seems unrelated. After numerous restarts I dont know when it started workingm but it is working now :) No idea how it started working. It was giving me a hard time. though i removed the .kde/share/apps/korganizer folder After deleting korganizerrc and apps/korganizer it now works for me. (I'm now using simple files for calendars.) I have the same problem. Just the "month-view" works. (In reply to comment #26) > I have the same problem. Just the "month-view" works. Ditto. KDE 4.2.2. Same problem for me, KDE 4.2.2 |
