Do you have more information? with this i don't have a clue, also please post the versions of the following: PackageKit PackageKit-qt (libqpackagekit) KPackageKit Thanks Packagekit 0.3.11-1.12 libpackagekit-qt10 0.3.11-1.12 kpackagekit 0.3.1-3.15 I'm not pretty sure yet but to me seems like a bug in packagekit. i'll try to see if someone else has a similar setup, cause i use Debian. Marking as duplicate of bug 183565. Thanks Oops -- I forgot to mention the version of kpackage I am using: it is 4:4.2.2-1.
