Version:           0.7.4 (using KDE 4.1.4)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

When I open a pdf file using Dolphin, I am able to see reviews on Okular. When I open the file using the desktop plasmoid it doesn't show the reviews (notes/highlight etc).

This should be a bug of the Desktop widget not providing the real file path of the files in Desktop.
Anyway, it should be fixed with KDE 4.2.
