Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

I wanted to run mythfrontend and the system offered to add me to the mythtv group. Then a dialog titled "Log out/in - KDialog" said:

For the changes to take effect, your current login session will have to be restarted.  Save all work and then press OK to restart your session.

The problem is there are Yes and No buttons. No OK button.

I think that dialog thing is something done by kubuntu? 
Can you open this same bug in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu ?

That application is using the wrong kdialog flag for their dialog.
