What were you doing when the application crashed?
Are you using KDE 3.5.10 or KDE4 ? (or may be you are using some KDE4 application inside a KDE3 session)
What is your "kdelibs4" version ?
What is your "Qt4" version ?

Hi, without a reliable way to reproduce the crash, it is not possible to fix it.
