Having one more look at it, I see that "export to facebook" is actually listed three times in the export menu. Can you take a look at /usr/share/kde4/services/ and search for all *.desktop files that are facebook related? Something like kipiplugin_fb.desktop, kipiplugin_fbexport.desktop, kipiplugin_facebook.desktop etc. Can you zip them and attach them in this report? We need all possible names of the plugin to disable the old plugin names. Andi Created attachment 31621 [details]
facebook-related kipiplugins.desktop files
I found more duplicate menu entries: - 2x export to smugmug in export menu - 2x print assistant in images menu All those names are handled. The problem is quite common when installing from SVN: When a plugin is renamed and a new desktop file is installed, the old one is not deleted. You need to remove them manually, we can't do anything. Remove the following files: /usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_fb.so /usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_fbexport.so /usr/share/kde4/services/kipiplugin_fb.desktop /usr/share/kde4/services/kipiplugin_fbexport.desktop Then run kbuildsycoca4 Andi For smugmug it is the same situation: You need to delete the old plugins. SmugMug was renamed. Delete all files that DON'T match those names: /usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_smug.so /usr/share/kde4/services/kipiplugin_smug.desktop Using my magical powers I also assume you have 2 or 3 "print assistant" and "print images" entries... :-) Andi (In reply to comment #4) > - 2x print assistant in images menu Oh you already noticed that... :) thanks, now I see how it works Problem fixed in 6.0.0 where all tools are now in digiKam core |
