Allow kde4 to show win32 executable icons, useful for win32 and wine users.

I create ThumbCreator for Microsoft Windows executables (exe, dll, ocx, ax, ...) and images (ico, cur, ani, ...).

It use external icoutils applications (wrestool, icotool) for convert to png.
