To reproduce:

1. Right-click on the plasma desktop.
2. Select appearance settings.
3. Click on "Get New Wallpapers".
4. Wait until the list of wallpapers has been loaded.
5. Scroll the mouse wheel down one step.

Actual result:

The list of wallpapers scrolls down an entire page.

Expected result:

The list of wallpapers should scroll down (and up) only the amount of lines that has been configured in the System Settings.
