Version:            (using KDE 4.2.0)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

1. Start knode
2. go to group A -- observe you will be at top of the messages
3. select some message "a"
4. go to group B -- observe you are on top
5. select some message "b"
6. go back to A -- you are back on top

Please, remember per newgroup active message (try KMail for a while and observe how it behaves).
