You can call this a wish, but it is practically must-have settings to configure the rate and delay of the keyboard.

Sounds like an installation problem. I'm  running opensuse 11.1 with the KDE 4.2 packages here, and the settings for that can be found in systemsettings->keyboard & mouse, and they work fine.

OK, thank you. I am running factory version, not svn, so I'll have to wait.
