This is a bug only in Windows version. Dolphin doesn't open html files with Konqueror. If you click/double click on html files, it happens nothing. If you right click, open with Konqueror, it happens nothing either. If you open them with kwrite, it works.

Can you still reproduce this on the latest stable KDE version?

I can reproduce the reported problem using KDE SC 4.7 on Windows XP.

workaround: copy kwrapper4.exe to kshell4.exe in your bin directory.
