Description Christian Schneider 2009-02-16 11:15:25 UTC
Version: 1.11.0 (using 4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27-11-generic

If a search is saved, it can't be edited again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Search for messages using the advanced search dialog.
2. Enter a folder name for the search.
3. Find and right-click the folder in the search results and select "Search messages"
4. The search dialog appears as new search, but the folder name is the previsouly chosen one.

Expected behavior:
1. The dialog should show the search settings.
2. The search should be editable.
3. The confirmation button should be labeled with something like "Save settings" or "Ok" to indicate that it confirmes the search changes.

For simple searchs, it is ok to redo them, but with two or more filters....

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
