Description Maciej Pilichowski 2009-02-15 17:02:51 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.0)

It would help user to search for font faster because for example I could type
de
and the selection in the listbox would go to
dejavu
font family.

Hi Maciej, I've just tried on the font selector dialog in systemsettings: pressing the first char of a font makes the selection jump to the first font which start with the typed char. Where can I find a font list which doesn't work in this way?

@Finex, of course it works the way you describe, but you cannot type anything more, so with lot of fonts one letter only is not sufficient.

Great, dupplicating myself :-( Sorry.
