Description Erich Iseli 2009-02-14 10:31:42 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.3)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When you quiz yourself, you can select the lessons, the minimum and maximum grades, the minimum and maxiumum number of errors and you can choose to ignore the blocked words. This way, every time you start a new quiz, you only get a subset of the words you really want/need to learn.

However when you export the parley voc to html, it will take the whole vocabulary. I always have to edit my html file in order to get only the list of the words I really want.

Expected behavior: when saying export, I should first get an option window which would ask me:

[x] only selected lessons
(x) only words that would be quizzed with the current settings
( ) words according to the following settings
    [ ] min. grade |----------- max. grade ---|--------
    [ ] min. trained [________0] max. trained [_____1000]
    [ ] min. errors [________0] max. errors [_____1000]
    [ ] ignore blocked words

This way, it would be possible to train "today's quiz" with printed flashcards or as a list while one cannot access the computer (typically if you are standing in a crowded train...)

Moved to the editor component.

This is a very good suggestion. I am not sure how it ranks in the priority list, though.

Wish is https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=295869 is somewhat related to this one.
