When trying to add a jabber account on MS Windows, Kopete shows an error message "Cannot load the Jabber protocol plugin." With any other protocol I can get at least past the first screen of the wizard.

BTW, with 4.2.1 there's even no possibility to add a jabber account anymore (on MS Windows).

Well that's why I selected MS Windows as "OS" and also MS Windows as "Installed from". I thought that the bug tracker is common for all platforms. Or does KDE-Windows team have its own bug tracking system? I'll be happy to report it at a better place if you tell me where it is.

4.2.1 did not ship jabber plugin and I don't think it will be shipped until 4.3 because of broken libirs (which I only fixed in trunk)

So I've tried KDE 4.3.0 and there's still no way to add a jabber account. Should this stay as RESOLVED or should it be reopened?

Using the 4.4.4 MSVC packages Kopete & Jabber work perfectly for me now.
(Windows XP)
