Version:           2.2 (using 4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0), Kubuntu packages)

OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27-11-generic

When I first start konsole, I very briefly (less than 0.5 seconds) see:

- the menu, window decorations etc. are all normal.
- instead of a grey background where the console text goes, I see a white background.
- this white box has a transparent triangle cut out of it in the top left corner e.g.

The white background then goes away and becomes the colour it is meant to be. Starting new tabs and changing tabs does not cause this behaviour.

I've tried to get a screenshot but cannot. I can't time it right using ksnapshot.
