Add easy way to encrypt whole USB memorystick with kleopatra. 

Add new "File -> Encrypt/Decrypt USB-stick" etc

And mayby a new tab by default what would show "devices" what are blugged in and encrypted. 

Something what would give easy way to secure and use memory sticks. Add this feature to KDE4 "Device Notifier" widget?

We plan a gpg4win/Kleopatra portable version. We'll come back if there is a test version.
