In the Configuration dialog for Kopete in Windows, in the Chat Window section, theme tab, there are no themes listed in the list box next to the preview. You can see the default theme previewed, add themes, etc. But you can't see them, so you can't change the theme.

Can you please run 'kbuildsycoca4.exe' from KDE4 bin dir and see if the themes appear?
