Having created actions or action groups in the KHotKeys (Input Actions) configuration, I cannot ever delete them.  If I right click an choose 'Delete', the only thing that happens is that the group/action is deselected.

This happens all the time, I don't know when it started.

I will attach my khotkeysrc in case somehow this is the issue.  I haven't manually edited it.

Using KDE 4.2.0, Ubuntu Jaunty packages.
