hi.
 
 when i was using kde3 , i used compiz with 3 desktops support ( and with 4 viewports each desktop ).
 
 it was all well and nice, but now on compiz with kde4 apps , everytime i switch desktops, the kde4 apps appears always in the first visible viewport.
 
 usage : put some kde4 apps scattered in several viewports. switch to another desktop. switch back to the previous desktop. all kde4 apps windows are on the same viewport ( and not on the previous viewport they were) .

Well, not a kwin bug, but kwin developers might know how to fix that?

Not a KWin bug and as KWin doesn't support viewports and never has I cannot comment of the issue. Either it's kdelibs or Compiz.

can you check if this is still an issue with current KDE 4.9.1 and a current compiz version, please.
