is it possible to add an ability to select multiply tags in the filter by tag left panel (like you have in the advanced search tag tool)

Well, you can already do it in Tags filter view...

What's the problem ?

now i see what you mean (i am new to using tags)

on the left panel i should choose a tag and on the 
right filter tag panel i can refine the search
well... confusing. (not intuitive , to me)
