Severity: normal
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 19991030 (prerelease)
OS: Linux 2.2.17-21mdk i686 (Linux-Mandrake 7.2)

if you are creating a new application link on the desktop you are just about
to choose an icon for that link and want to start an application through the shortcut
Alt+F2 the icon chooser is always in front and you cannot enter commands in the
program launcher box.

Not a konqueror bug (but kwin) and doesn't happen in current CVS
so it looks like this has been fixed.
