Version:            (using KDE 4.2.0)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

Steps to reproduce:

- install a new theme
- go to system settings/advanced/desktop theme details
- change the theme
- apply button doesn't enable

try:

- modify just one entry (ex. shutdown dialog)
- apply button enables
- apply and close all
- reopen system settings/advanced/desktop theme details

... and the changes have not been saved...
