Could you please try if you have this problem with KDE4.2 ? thanks. i can't at the moment as i am on ubuntu and it only provides updates to 4.1.4 at the moment. i am definitely not pulling nightly updates to mess my system up. Any better with Ubuntu 9.04? sorry, can't upgrade yet as FGLRX driver doesn't exist for my card, so far. I have the problem that re-defining global shortcuts (e.g. pull up kicker) is not permanently stored. It only keeps the setting for the session and then forgets about it. Is this the same bug or should I file a new one? I'm running KDE 4.4.2 btw. no, that's different bug and i confirm this bug no longer exists on Kubuntu Karmic Koala. OK, then I'll file a new bug. Per Dan's comment the problem is not there any more, closing the bug. |
