  At the moment I have enabled kicker for both xinerama screens with individual window list selectors for each xinerama screen. 
  If I deactivate kicker for one screen kicker should not try to squench all menu items from both screens onto one but rather hide the menu elements from the screen which has been deactivated.
  Such a squenching behaviour does moreover not make sense at all for window list selectors: I get two window list selectors showing the same windows for one screen.
  Besides this the fade out buttons should only fade out kicker for an individual xinerama screen, not for both. The fade out buttons should be displayed in the middle of both xinerama screens.

Sorry, but kicker is no more maintained.
