Problem:
Kopete connect to ICQ login server, get roster and with message:

The version you are using is not supported by ICQ. Download a free authorized ICQ version from ICQ's official website.

from UIN 1211 not allows to work. All contacts are marked as offline, and I have status "connected", and I can't send an offline message with "Server Connect Failed" message.
