I think powerdevil should reset the actividy counter when cable is plugged/unplugged. If computer is inactive (downloading) for a long time, powerdevil will be willing to suspend it but will not do since i told it not to suspend when there is power from cable. But if there is a short blackout, powerdevil will immediately take the chance to suspend.
