Description Salvo "LtWorf" Tomaselli 2009-02-03 22:35:10 UTC
Version: How do i get it? (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Sometimes powerdevil suspends even if the active profile should be "performance" because AC is connected. It should do such things only when the computer is on battery.. It is pretty annoying to leave it doing something and find it suspended with the task not completed.

I think powerdevil should reset the actividy counter when cable is plugged/unplugged. If computer is inactive (downloading) for a long time, powerdevil will be willing to suspend it but will not do since i told it not to suspend when there is power from cable. But if there is a short blackout, powerdevil will immediately take the chance to suspend. And the morning later, the download is not complete :-@
