File names in not UTF8 encoding don't exists for Konqueror 4 and Dolphin and you have to open, rename or remove using Konqueror 3 or Konsole.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) Open Konsole in your favorite directory.
2) wget "http://music.goo.ne.jp/lyric/search.php?n=Catch+the+Rainbow&lyric=%B2%CE%BB%EC%B8%A1%BA%F7&t=2

Now you can try to open, rename or remove the new file with Konqueror 4 or Dolphin.

Tested again with Qt 4.5 and the problem is not solved.

I miss a " in my original post, the correct command is:

wget "http://music.goo.ne.jp/lyric/search.php?n=Catch+the+Rainbow&lyric=%B2%CE%BB%EC%B8%A1%BA%F7&t=2"

I confirm this bug is still there on KDE 4.2.2 ... it often happens when you are getting files on FTP, USB key and so on and it's really annoying

Hi, this bug is still very alive and annoying in locally compiled 4.3 svn snapshot and 4.2.4.

My local version is 4.2.92 (KDE 4.2.92 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090617)).
