The obvious reply: Could you please install the debugging symbols for KWin and Qt in order to create an useful backtrace the next time KWin crashes? http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports I've already installed a bunch of kde and qt debug symbol packages for the exact same purpose. Maybe I missed some of the important ones, I'll look into it. You need "libqt4-dbg", "kdebase-workspace-dbg" :) No response for more than two weeks and by that I'm marking this bug as resolve remind. Please reopen after providing useful backtrace |
