Version:            (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

I have put the System monitor plasma into my panel. When I log out and in again, the plasma has moved a few positions further right (or down on a panel on the right side). When I log out and in again, this is repeated until the plasma is rightmost.

Maybe related to bug 177718. I am getting it too, with icon plasmoids. Some of them move on login. (kdebase revision 982642)

Maybe the bugs are related, but the fix for that bug did not fix this bug. I'm using KDE 4.2.4 on Kubuntu, and the bug is still there.

If you get the bug, too, then it would be nice if you could set its status to "New", so that the developers start noticing it.

Do you have or had in that moment spacers in your panel?
