Version:           0.10.0-rc1 (using 4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0), Debian packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.26-1-686

When I select a region doing a map search, using ctrl and the left mouse button, the region I select is not shown till I release either the ctrl button or the mouse button. Then it appears in a short flash.

In KDE 4.3 RC3 i can see the rectangle, though its bottom and right parts are sometimes not displayed.

In KDE SC 4.3.90, I can see the rectangle, but releasing it does nothing, isn't it meant to zoom in?
