My account is AD account. The group name is in Russian. If I look properties of files or folders belonged to this group I see garbage instead of group name.

No idea why you re-open this one, all the information is already in 181484, making this a duplicate of that bugreport.

Please do not close this bug. I make it cause i cant change "Product:i18n" in 181484. This bug is more related to kdelibs than i18n.

Then next time please just post a comment on the bugreport that has a wrong setting and ask for changing that setting. Somebody will surely do that if its apropriate.
