I note that KDE 4 was a step backwards in the management of wallpapers and I propose 2 new to improve this:

-Slideshows-wallpapers will only select files. As in KDE 3.5, you should be able to choose only a certain number of files you want and not entire files.

-Fedora with GNOME-offers wallpaper changing by the hour with a small XML file. It would be interesting for KDE then be compatible with the file and act the same way.
