Version:            (using KDE 4.1.3)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

Simple, I was in Kmail in Kontact, tried to add az button to the toolbar (reply all) and the application crashed.  I restarted it, and it seemed to work fine, and the button was there.

At the time, Kmail was retrieving mail from a gmail pop account.

This is probably a Qt bug already fixed upstream (and in qt-copy).
(bug 174065)

If you don't have a way to reproduce this we don't have a way to extract more useful info from the crash report.
Please reopen this bug report if you experience this crash (similar backtrace) again using Qt 4.4.4 / Qt 4.5
