Version:           1.11.0 (using 4.1.96 (KDE 4.1.96 (KDE 4.2 RC1)), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27-9-generic

If i open Configure->Accounts->Sending list, i see the list has:
 Astals11 Terra
 TSDgeos Terra
 TSDgeos Yahoo
 tsdgeos GMAIL
 coeic
after clicking on the list it gets reordered to
 Astals11 Terra
 TSDgeos Terra
 TSDgeos Yahoo
 coeic
 tsdgeos GMAIL

That's bad! i edited twice the wrong account because of that :D

So it should reorder on first show instead of first click or not reorder at all

happens also in bug 162192
I still have no clue about the problem. 
Any change it could be a Qt bug?

Works for me on kmail from kde 4.3.1
