I cannot  right click on favorit tab in kickoff for editing

can you explain the issue more ?  what do you mean by "editing" ?

I was thinking something like the old kde menu editor but just for favorit, with buttons for add/remove favorit and maybe add/remove splittings (black lines)

this is OK on kde 4.2, i close this bugreport as there won't be any 4.1x release anymore
